For over three decades, I visited Colorado with a quiet dream tucked away: one day, I’d call these mountains home. After 45 years in Florida, the timing was finally right. Our three daughters are now grown and successfully navigating their own paths, which gave my wife Jennifer and me the green light to finally hit the "refresh" button.

In early 2026, we made the Neighbor Life Reset official. We traded the sea level for the high country, proving that it’s never too late to chase the life you’ve always wanted.

Adventure Built for Real Life

After 25 years in IT and 15 years in Healthcare management, I know the value of a well-organized plan. I founded Colorado Kevin’s Adventure Tours to bridge the gap between "staying home" and "extreme hiking."

As someone who manages arthritis daily, I understand that the best views shouldn't be reserved only for elite athletes. I specialize in tours that are:

Life at the "Neighbor" Homestead

When I’m not scouting new trails in the Pikes Peak region, you’ll usually find me at home in the Springs. I might be updating Lowriders.com, working on a new design for my 3D printer, or just relaxing with our dogs, Frank and Sugar.

I’m not just a tour guide; I’m your neighbor. I spent half a lifetime waiting to be here, and I’d be honored to show you why this place is so special.
